This Sri Lankan customer, a company from a different sector, was venturing into the pyrolysis plant industry for the first time. Despite this being their first experience with tire recovery pyrolysis plant, the trust they placed in our company was evident from the very beginning. The sales manager recommended a satisfactory solution for the customer. 1. Automatic Feeding System:

DY-10 tire recovery pyrolysis plant comes with an automated feeding system, which optimizes the efficiency of tire input. This system enables the processing of the largest possible number of tires in a single batch, boosting overall operational performance and cutting down on downtime.

2. Tube Condenser System:

This not only enhances the efficiency of the pyrolysis process but also lowers energy consumption, helping to keep the plant in optimal operating conditions throughout the entire work cycle.

4. Environmental Protection :

Advanced environmental protection components are installed in the DY-10 tire recovery pyrolysis plant, such as a tail gas deodorization system and a desulfurization tower.
